Keep the video visit attached to the visit record.

A remote appointment still needs consent, documentation, and follow-up. SoapBox keeps those pieces with the scheduled visit instead of treating video like a separate meeting.

A few useful answers.

01How is SoapBox telehealth different from a general video meeting?

The room is connected to the patient appointment and can hand a consented recording into the documentation workflow. It is not just a standalone meeting link.

02Does the telehealth vendor have a BAA?

Production telehealth is gated on the contractual safeguards required for PHI processing, including a BAA where required. SoapBox does not enable the production PHI workflow through an unapproved vendor.

03Does a patient need to install an app?

No. Patients and caregivers can join from a supported web browser.
